PCOS Nutrition & Lifestyle Support in Surat

Personalized PCOS nutrition, yoga/exercise and lifestyle management support with Dt. Het Patel in Surat and online.

PCOS care built around lifestyle, not a crash diet

PCOS support focuses on practical eating patterns, movement, sleep, stress and weight/metabolic health where relevant. The plan is personalized rather than based on a single “PCOS diet.”

Program focus

  • Personalized nutrition and meal planning
  • Support for insulin resistance and metabolic health
  • Yoga/exercise and strength/activity planning
  • Sleep and stress routines
  • Weight management when clinically relevant
  • Long-term habit building and monitoring

Why lifestyle matters

International evidence-based guidance identifies lifestyle management—healthy eating, physical activity and behavioural strategies—as a core part of PCOS management, including benefits to metabolic health.

Is this program for you?

This program is built for people who recognise these patterns and want a structured, root-cause approach rather than a one-off diet chart.

  • Irregular, delayed or missed periods
  • Unexplained weight gain, especially around the abdomen
  • Acne, oily skin or excess facial/body hair growth
  • Hair thinning or noticeable hair fall
  • Persistent fatigue or difficulty losing weight despite effort
  • Difficulty conceiving or irregular ovulation

This is general guidance, not a diagnosis — a proper assessment during consultation will confirm what applies to you.

Generic Approach

  • Same "PCOS diet" handed to everyone

  • Individual ABCD assessment before any plan is made
  • One coordinated plan: diet, yoga and lifestyle together
  • Practical Indian-food plans built around your routine
  • Quarterly tracking of hormonal, weight and symptom progress
  • Focus on sustainable, long-term hormonal health

Frequently asked questions

Will the diet be very strict?

No. The plan is built around practical, Indian-food-based eating that fits your routine — not crash diets or rigid restriction.

How soon will I see results?

Hormonal changes take time to stabilize, which is why personalized care programs typically begin with a minimum 3-month commitment, with progress reviewed and adjusted quarterly.

Is online consultation available?

Yes. Care is available in-clinic in Surat or fully online for clients outside Surat, with the same structured 4-stage process either way.

How often will I need to follow up?

Regular follow-ups are built into Stage 3 of the program, with quarterly health tracking and daily WhatsApp/call support in between.
